Pramod Adhikari
General Manager
Pramod started his career as an IT specialist but eventually found his passion in cooking. His enthusiasm for the culinary arts led him to work in various kitchens, gaining extensive experience. Over time, he transitioned fully into the culinary field, becoming a chef. Pramod’s dedication and expertise have now positioned him as the general manager, where he oversees the business operations as the head. Additionally, he is one of the owners of the business. His journey from IT specialist to chef and now a business owner highlights his dedication and passion for the culinary industry. Pramod is originally from Nepal and has lived in Iceland for 22 years. He is knowledgeable about almost everything and can fix almost anything. Apart from being an IT specialist, he can also do plumbing, carpentry, and many more tasks that occur in daily life. If you ask him, he will fix everything. He is very kind and never says no if asked for help.

Sulochana Duwadi
Executive Manager
Sulochana Duwadi is a dynamic professional who seamlessly blends culinary artistry with business acumen. As a co-owner and chef, she delights customers with her culinary creations while ensuring smooth business operations through meticulous staff management and financial oversight. She holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from Switzerland and another in Business Management from England, providing her with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and business practices. Fluent in multiple languages, Sulochana enhances communication with diverse staff and clientele. Her responsibilities extend beyond the kitchen, as she manages staff, handles payroll, oversees bill payments, and maintains efficient email correspondence. Originally from Nepal, Sulochana has lived in Europe for about 16 years. Her education, skill, and dedication make her an invaluable asset and a key driver of the business’s success.

Prakash Tiwari
Operations Manager
Prakash Tiwari is a multifaceted individual with a strong creative streak and a background in acting and television. Passionate about storytelling, he crafts scripts and voiceovers, and his love for photography and videography captures the essence of his travels. As the Operations Manager at PSP Groups, Prakash oversees stock management, purchasing, and delivery, calculates staff hours, collects sales reports, and manages invoices. He also manages all the social media, design work, and website content for the company, ensuring everything is clear and engaging. His versatility extends to working in the bar or restaurant as needed. Prakash’s diverse skills in graphic design, video editing, scriptwriting, and directing make him a valuable asset to his team. He also helps book hotels and flights for family, friends, and clients. Originally from Nepal, Prakash has lived in Europe for two decades, traveling to about 20 countries.
